X-ONEPASS GLOBAL L.L.C. is a procedural service provider operating from Washington, D.C. We provide two limited service lines designed to reduce role ambiguity in cross-border operations: (1) standing-only Agent of Record (receipt/forwarding) and (2) federal receipt & delivery logistics.
Notice: We do not provide legal advice, compliance interpretation, or representation.
Primary function: Standing-only appointment for receipt/forwarding (effective-date forward).
Deliverables (when applicable):
• Receipt/forwarding (procedural)
• Confirmation documents aligned to scope
What we do NOT do: no advice, no interpretation, no representation.
Primary function: Document handling logistics (receipt, assembly/execution routing, dispatch, delivery confirmation).
Deliverables (when applicable):
• Procedural receipt and routing
• Delivery confirmation and basic records
What we do NOT do: no advice, no interpretation, no representation.
If you need advice on what to file or how to respond, engage your counsel/consultants. We provide procedural handling only.
We operate from Washington, D.C. to maintain proximity to federal and institutional endpoints and to keep procedural handling consistent across cross-border stakeholders.
“Proximity” here refers to operational routing and record continuity—not to any representational authority.
• Scope first: we accept only requests that fit a defined procedural scope
• Separation: we separate standing roles from delivery logistics to avoid confusion
• Records: we maintain basic procedural receipt/forwarding evidence where applicable
• No advisory intake: advisory/interpretation/representation requests are declined
• Requests for legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation
• Requests for compliance interpretation, “what should we do,” or strategy
• Requests to communicate with regulators/platforms/labs/insurers on a Client’s behalf
• Requests that imply responsibility for regulatory outcomes or enforcement actions
For standing-only appointments, we typically issue an Agent Confirmation Letter (V1) and a short Agent Appointment Agreement (1–2 pages), aligned to the same scope and language.
Delivery is typically by email attachment (PDF). Documents become effective only after acceptance and payment.
If you are requesting procedural standing or procedural document delivery, use the Contact Gate.
Reminder: Keep requests procedural. Advisory/interpretation/representation requests will be declined.
