No filings, certifications, or form preparation as a consultant

No communications with regulators, platforms, laboratories, or insurers on behalf of the Client

No assumption of responsibility for regulatory outcomes, enforcement, penalties, or damages

Terminology Clarification (short)

In different contexts, this procedural standing role may be referred to using alternative labels such as “Designated U.S. Agent” or “Agent for Service of Process.” These terms are referenced only to reduce confusion and do not expand the scope described on this site.
