Purpose
This page describes a confirmation letter issued to evidence a procedural appointment where a U.S. agent on record is required.
What the Letter Confirms
The letter confirms, as applicable:
- The appointment of {site_name} as the Client’s U.S. agent on record for procedural standing
- The effective date of the appointment
- The limited scope of the role (procedural standing and receipt/forwarding only)
- The designated contact information for forwarding
What the Letter Does Not Cover
- Provide legal advice
- State or imply compliance status
- Provide any assessment or interpretation
- Confirm outcomes, acceptance, or resolution by any third party
- Create any representation or response obligation
When It Is Issued
A confirmation letter is issued only after appointment is in effect. It is not issued for pre-appointment inquiries.

This letter is procedural evidence only. Any filing, response, or decision remains the responsibility of the Client and/or the Client’s counsel.
