What This Service Is
- Receiving official communications addressed to the Client (where a U.S. point of receipt is required)
- Recording date/time of receipt for internal audit purposes
- Forwarding the received communication to the Client’s designated contact
- Maintaining a minimal record of forwarding activity
What This Service Is Not
- Not legal advice
- Not compliance assessment or interpretation
- Not representation or communications with agencies, platforms, counsel, or other third parties
- Not document preparation, filing support, or response handling
- Not an outcome-based commitment regarding delivery, timing, or resolution
